Waiting for my lease to end soon.. so that I can move out

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have been living here for almost 5 months now.. I am waiting for my lease to get over and then I will shift to a better community.. The biggest pain is the LOUD NOISE coming from the neighbours apartments.

Even if someone opens a tap in the bathroom/kitchen above you can very feel it.. not just feel it it may wake u up in the middle of the night.. because the noise is as if the water is falling on ur head.

The rent is HIGH and so are the amenities and security charges. in the past few months they increased the gym charges from FREE tp $150 to $300.

Maintainance is OK. Parking is difficult to get after 9 PM. Even though thats not such a big problem..
