Parking the only letdown to a great place

Windsor Village is a great place to live, but parking availability lets it down. I'll list the pros and cons:
PROS:
- professional and attentive leasing staff who go out of their way to help you
- spacious units (885sq. ft for a 1BR)
- lots of greenery and wooded areas
- large laundry room with washer and dryer
- central climate control
- cable and internet ready
CONS:
- parking is IMPOSSIBLE if you come home after 8pm, there are no assigned spots
- closet space could be better
- some noise from neighbors upstairs audible
CONCLUSION:
This would be a fantastic unit if there was more parking available. Unfortunately the parking space allocations for each section of the property have been done poorly. It is literally impossible to find a parking spot in some sections after 8pm - you have to park a considerable distance away from your apartment, which is a massive inconvenience in winter. Aside from that it's great.
