I do not recommend this place to anyone. Parking spots get narrower every year. Rents keep going up, or else they start removing utilities. The snow plow ruined my car by plowing right into it. Management is really bad after you move in. They try to push their maintenance costs for blinds, carpets, etc on to the residents. I had to fight with them to avoid charges for carpet replacement after a leak in their water pipes. After I moved out, they tried to deduct 95% of my $1780 security deposit. I am still in the process of fighting that out.
I have rented at many different places, and this is the worst apartment complex. If you want to live in Waltham area, go to Northgate Heights across the street.
