I am thinking of moving to Windsor Village, but am quite concerned considering the reviews. If anyone is willing to talk to me directly via email, telephone or in person, I would appreciate it. I am also planning on touring again this weekend, so in person then would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Lived here?

Hi! In response to your post, we have actually lived here for a little over 2 years now and I can say that the management is great and so is the maintenance crew. They are quick to address our concerns. The townhome that we live in is nice, but poorly constructed. After a year of living here we noticed that the modling started to pull away from the walls and cracks were starting to form on the ceilings and walls. We also have carpenter ants that visit us in the summer months, but a little bug spray will usually take care of the problem. It's usually a quiet neighborhood and a decent place to live although a little expensive.

Since they offer < 12 month lease for an extra $75/month, I would first lease for 1-3 months, see how it goes and then renew the lease. Like anywhere, it's the luck of the draw how busy your neighbors are, if they have children, etc. Given the chintzy construction, seems like anyone will create some noise.

Don't do it. VERY noisy. I sleep with earplugs and my neigbhors STILL wake me up.
