I have been a resident for about 6 months now and my experience has been nothing like what I've read on this site. I moved from Boston to get away from the craziness of the city. Parking is tight, but it's much better that anywhere in and around the city. Yes sometimes it's tight but, I have always been able to find a spot. I am in a 1 bedroom and I can hear the people above me, but it's normal apartment living. It does not disturb my daily life. The couple of maintenance items I needed repaired were all looked at and fixed within a resonable time. Overall my experience has been very positive and I am looking forward to the next 6 months here!

You'll sing a different tune if college students move in above you and your unit becomes noisy like a dorm! They lie and say no college students.

Yeah am sure you are working for Windsor... FYI: All you folks out there. Remember that a lot of Windsor management lives royally in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments for cheap! Their job is the provide positive feedback on the apartments so don't be fooled. Talk to folks like and my friends out here who are hoping to sue this management!

To be a luxury apartment complex, I would expect a parking spot close to my place, and to NOT hear the neighbors... I have this right now in the city and would like the same when I move out of the city.
