I sublet a lease for about 6 months - and I've been counting down the days when I can finally move out of here. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I have a 1br apartment, and one car for the unit. It's so bad that I often have to park upwards of a half mile away. There are no assigned spots, and the leasing office has totally screwed the whole thing up.
Grounds are poor, I think I've seen them actually do landscaping once in the several months I've been there. They're slow to do anything at all, and usually cut corners a lot.
Staff seemed nice, but just not helpful. Any complaints or concerns I had always went unanswered. And they pretty much always ended with "well that's how it's run, and we won't be changing anything." Their rates are already high, and have since sharply increased. They are charging way, way over market value. I've seen comparable units in the area go for much less.

Really? Most places don't allow subletting. Landscaping in the winter? You haven't lived there long enough for landscaping to be done, this is New England. Good thing you're moving, hopefully to Florida.
