You can even see deer passing through the complex. - Management staff is polite, responsive. Not worth the price - Price of these apartments is pretty steep for the amenities. They have a concierge who will retain any packages delivered for you. That is a big plus. Roaches in 356 Lincoln Street I was under contract to move into 356 lincoln street. It was a great price and being remodeled but probably because it has roaches. The hallways smelt like mildew and when I went in the day before I was suppose to sign the lease their were three roaches in the bathtub.

Quiet? I listened to the suggestion on this website and moved to a third floor. It was cheapest construction i had ever lived. You can hear downstairs snoring every night. The kids were screaming. If the kids is running, you will experience the earthquake because the floor shakes.

The reviews of this complex look unusual to me. It is questionable for its management. Also it is quiet for long time. But after one bad review, several guys come up the good reviews and they have lived there more than 10 years ~
