first off, this is a new building so it is pretty immaculate. considering the neighborhood, its very expensive. one parking spot is included in rent, but they have a parking lot out back so the rich coolege kids who dont want to pay for a spot park (the office says they will tow but this is never enforced). this parking lot in the back is their meeting grounds, drinking and smoking and even smoking weed and is almost always noisy every night until the morning, especially because there are a lot of rich kids with loud fixed up cars. the hallways sometimes smells of smoke and the kids who live there have parties every night because they dont have jobs or go to school but just live on their parents money. they do not clean up after their pets and ive had instances where dog fecis was even in front of my door. they have since changed the carpeting in the elevators because of the mess the dogs left behind. beginning 2006 they will start charging for trash pickup because the kids take their trash to the trash room but dont put it down the shoot. on the top floor, there are always children running around and it doesnt bother me but i can only imagine the pain for the residents below. the apartments are pretty well sound proofed except for the sound leakage through the front door. the apartment staff however is the most friendly people you will ever meet.

there have been couple of robberies as well has couple acts of vandalism. not too bad considering the neighborhood.
