There are 2 type of people in this building: old people live in the lower floor and the rest belongs to college kids....very noisy. Specially the back parking lot in the weekends (late at night when the guests are living). Sometime people live the back door open at night, so anybody can get in Staff are very helpful. Overall, somewhat noisy and too expensive for watertwon location.
