I've been living in this apartment since it was first built in 2005 and I am satisfied with my 2-year stay at Archstone!
* The management was amazing 2 years ago and it did deteriorate over the 2 years because so many new residents moved in that those great managers got promoted fast! The management and service were better then but if you compare it to other apartments in the area (Waltham's Cronin's Landing or 2000 on Commonwealth, or Avalon on Newton Highland), this is the best apartment for the price you pay! For your information, I have visited many Archstone properties in Boston, and this is certainly the best.
* No other apartments beat the location: you're 3 minutes away from Storrow Drive and Mass Pike. There is a Bus Station across the street. There are many great supermarkets in the area, do check out Russo for cheap fresh fruits and vegetables!
* Amenities are great too! 24 hour maintenance, free coffee, 24 hour gym, free internet and tv at the lounge. Covered Parking for free and plenty of guest parking.
* Most of the college students living here are courteous but there is this one who annoys me alot because he blasted his music at 2am! Fortunately, he lives near my friend's apartment and not near my apartment unit. But seriously, you live in BOSTON There is NO APARTMENT THAT HAS NO COLLEGE STUDENTS LIVING IN IT. If you want to stay away from them, live in a house (:
