I have lived here since January 2004 and always had great service. However, in the past few months there has been a lot of changes in the office personel which has resulted in inferior service. The leasing office (90% of the time) has a "showing a resident their new apartment" sign in the window with no one in sight for up to an hour. Another thing is that the carpets in the hallway are so dirty that they literally should be torn out and discarded. There was a bag of trash in the stairwell for over one week. The floor sign in the stairwell has been knocked off and has been laying on the floor for weeks. It is as if no one walks through the building to note what needs to be repaired anymore. The gym is typically out of towels and disinfecting wipes at all times. On top of all this, I went the entire day without hot water and no one will even tell me if someone will be here to light the pilot light. Maybe it's because the quality of the workers has took a complete 180 that all of these things are so disturbing. Maybe the company should look into hiring some competent workers. It WAS a great place to ilve, but I am currently counting the days until I can get out of here! I would have recommended this building in the past, but it's literally disgusting how much it has changed for the worst. June 14th review commented on the "sparkling halls". They need to get eye glasses or take a walk to the third floor.
