Archstone Watertown Sq. has gone downhill

Don't move here! This place was great when I moved in - mainly because the office staff was helpful, curtious and really went out of their way for you. But suddenly, pretty much the entire staff has changed, with no notice. You would think they'd let tenants know if there are going to be changes, since you really rely on these people day in and day out - but we got no warning at all. So, service has really declined since then. For example, one day a whole bunch of the spots in the guest parking lot had been painted with the words "RESERVED", but we never received any notification that this would be happening, or who the reserved spots are reserved for. So now when guests come over later at night there aren't any spots open, because the "reserved" spots you can't park in or you end up with your car stickered to be towed. Considering what we pay to live here, I don't really think threatening to tow our guests (who have guest passes!) is appropriate. Also, it's become really loud here at night. There are a bunch of college kids living here, and since it's an apartment complex you can expect some noise but there are people partying at 4AM very loudly, and screaming in the parking lot, etc. It can be pretty bad at times. I really liked living here, the apartments are beautiful, but it is DEFINITELY not worht the insane amount of money they charge!!! Take my advice and look elsewhere!
