Yes, fire alarms were a problem and an extreme inconvenience early in the winter, but that issue seem to be fixed now. Overall the place is great - nice new apartments with granite countertops and every amenity, including washer and dryer in unit. The covered parking in a secure garage with an elevator ride to your floor makes it very easy in the winter as well.
My one complaint is that the water heater unit kicks on without notice every hour or two for twenty minutes at a time at an extremely loud level. It makes it impossible to talk between rooms, have a conversation in the living room, sleep, or watch TV. Sadly, the staff has not been able to fix the issue because they just made a poor decision on the model to put in these units and refuse to replace them. It's enough to make me give a NO on recommending the place and consider moving out. If these are going to billed as "Luxury" apartments someone needs to explain how a loud water heater is a luxury.

i totally agree with you -- it is rediculous how loud those things are, and that they are on so often. i'm not aabout to move out because of it, but it is a pain.
