Don't Waste your money From: donkey_balls@kong.com Date posted: 12/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Living here since 10/01 - new mgt took over and they are AWFUL. The prop manager is a total ----- who doesn't care about the concerns of any of the tenants. She seems all nice and sweet when showing you around, but once you liver here, she is totally unreasonable. Crime is starting to become an issue. They finally finished the parking lot - 3 months late - and before they did, someone on my floor got their car stolen out front. He went to the property manager to complain that his car was stolen because we do not have parking - she didn't care and did nothing! The new mgt is upgrading a lot of things - but unless they tear down the building, how may updates can you make a building from 1960. If you really want to live here - wait about 1 year until new mgt does all their useless updates and by then most of the existing tenants will have moved out, and then you might get a good rental rate. We are moving out because they have already jacked our rent $200 this year, and probably jack it another $200 next year - see you later!
