The apartment is located in a very nice community, with public transportation to downtown Boston. Despite these advantages this place is the worst place to stay - just because of the management. They are extremely arrogant and their atrocities are unending. Just to name a few
1) Promising to repair the parking lot in 2 days, they made us remove our cars and then blocked the place for 3 months. Due to this I had to park my car on the street, resulting in my CD player, CD's etc to be stolen. When this was bought to the manegement's attention their response was 'it is not our problem/responsibility'
2) Promised to refurbish the elevator in a week and completed the work in 6 weeks (there was no problem with the elevator, all this time was just for making some cosmetic changes). We had to walk up all 7 stairs for a more than a month. This was extreme trouble for most tenants who are retired folks.
3) Promising to update the fine pool, the magt demolished the pool every one was enjoying. This was in 2002. Now in July 2003, the only thing there is a big hole.
4) Without proper notice did some work in the balconies and threw away all the chairs etc that were in the balcony.
5) Increased the rent by $200 every year. They lure you into the place with low rates but the very next year they hike it up by $200 to $250.

The magt makes it its business to interfere and make your live miserable

The worst part is when any one tries to talk to the management they just say 'Go to hell'
