First, all the complaints and problems other reviewers mentioned are absolutely true. I do not want to repeat what other people have already said in their reviews but there is no doubt the management is the problem. I have lived here for more than 2 years and before this new management came, this place used to be very friendly and quiet.
Although it's illegal to start any kind of constuction works before 8am they often disturb all residents by starting the construction work at 7:20am. I made several complaints about this to the management but this noise problem continued until the day I moved out of this place.
Also the management deliberately started outside pool consturction during summer so they don't have to open the pool which would lowere their cost of maintenance. The pool opened on end of august when the summer was already almost over. Pool is not the only problem, along with many delayed construction works that other reviewers mentioned, expect to have no heat during month of april and october when temperature can be freezing like it had been on april of 2003.
Also expect to walk up the stairs with all your grocery bags instead of using the elevator because it constantly breaks down every other month. Last but not the least, those of you who enjoy taking a cold shower in the morning can experience this pleasure all you want while you stay here. Thanks to the management's attempt ot lower maintenance fee, availability of hot waters are limited every morning!!!
I repeat what other reviewers have said, "do not move in here!!!"
