Underground parking is a pain with bags of groceries and for me, a baby along the way. A tenant informed me that the person she shares her above garage parking is moving at the end of the month. I went to management asking if my space could be switched. They told me it would cost $100/month instead of the $75/month I pay now, despite the fact that the tenant only pays 75 dollars for her space!
I also inquired about the rent which has decreased by a few hundred dollars since I signed my lease. Management informed me that if I resign my lease I will not get the lower price that is advertised. Unbelievable!
