Stay away from this place and any other managed by these folks. Complex was sold a few years ago and current owner/managers are unresponsive to and contemptuous of tenants.

Tenants are now forced to wWALK their garbage nearly 1/2 block in rain, ice, snow. Management has discontinued trash collection in buildings. If you have a fever, a broken leg, are elderly or pregnant you must drag garbage bags to dumpsters which are emptied infrequently and reek. Birds pick at trash which is strewn over the property and our neighborhood.

The pool hours are severly restricted: from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Useless unless you are retired. As there is no lifeguard, no one can figure out why the hours are so restrictive. The management continues to be unresponsive.

All benches and chairs have been removed from lobbies. To wait for a ride or cab, one is forced to sit on the floor step. This is an indignity, considering the steep rents (rent increases have ranged in the ballpark of 30%. There has been nearly an 85% turnover since I moved in. People who lived here for more than 20 years were rudely displaced.)

Money is being spent on useless photo opportunity tables in lobby, excessive landscaping, and banners which read "Summer" in the parking lot. The quality of life could be vastly improved if these dollars were directed to: trash collection in buildings (like the rest of Boston-area apartment buildings), a chair in the lobby, and the return of a night guard which the complex had before the sale of the propertly.

Unfortunately everything you see is window dressing; the quality of life for tenants continues to deteriorate. Everyone is fed up.
