Management offers absolutely no service or comfort to tenant. After a series of robbery in the building management showed no concern...and has yet to implement any security! Doors to the main entrance do not lock properly, it was brought out to the attention of the management and yet 6 months later it's still not fixed!!!! Any problem you may have within the apartment, fix it yourself if you can, or live with it...it's been nine months that i'm waiting for them to come fix the toilet and the windows!! Parking is another disaster, at Hamilton on Main, there are no assign parking spot...there are not enough parking spot for all the cars that the management rented a spot to. So you have to park on the street (get a parking ticket) or park illegally within the parking lot and risk being towed!!!! Can't think of any good reason for soemone to move in here!!!! Needless to say, that I will not be extending my lease with them!!! It's really a disater of service and management...absolutely no skills!!!!
