Parking lot still not finished after repeated promises to have it done by a certain date. The completion date keeps moving further and further into the future. MGT never follows through with their promises. Indoor pool has been closed with promised Dec 1 reopen. Still not open. Billiards and ping pong rooms have been taken over for storage without notice or reason. MGT totally unresponsive to residents' concerns. Rents and other fees raising quickly under new management. Property manager is a phoney. Acts kind and reasonable, but really a ----- and unreasonable. Lease terms unreasonable - 60 day notice if not going to renew lease, 1 month penalty if move out before lease ends, complex rules go on endlessly.
