Here is the thing. I was almost lured by Whitney on Main people in their property, but was deterred by the used-car-dealer approach by their office stuff.
Fortunatelly, I've walked a hundred feet downt the Main street and got to the Whitney Plaza.
I liked their cool and balanced attitude right away (especially after the nasty sales pitch of WoM people).
Apparently, the WPA owns 2 buildings. One on Main, and another one closer to the Watertown square.
I've moved in the appartments on Spring street earlier this year and so far have no complains. In fact, management seems to be fair and quick on resolving the issues.
The only thing I can't quite figure out is why my electric bills are so high ($60 ) with no AC or or other major appliences in use.
