this place has the worst management ever in our 10 years of renting apartment experience. we live in a 1 bedroom and pay an average of $200 in electricity (no utilities included in rent) when we used to pay an average of $50 in our previous apartment. the heating unit and hot water heater suck and will not be replaced b/c management said that they would have to replace everyone's. the old windows were very drafty and cold air always came in. it took over 9 months to get the windows replaced, having been given a promise when we moved in that the windows would be replaced in 1 month. after many complaints, windows were replaced with new crappy windows. everything is still drafty. management is not responsive to complaints and issues but gives the appearance that they are and nothing gets done.
