Whitney Plaza Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived at Whiney Plaza Apartments for over 2 years and I love it. This place is clean, and management is nice. As to my electric bill, it's pretty high for some strange reason.
