The apartment is not bad. Overall no complaints. Garbage is picked up and removed regularly. Tenants are quiet. Apartments are nice and clean when you move in. Free breakfast every morning in the 8th floor lounge is very nice.

Some things to be aware of though:
1) The parking spaces are small. Your cars may get dinged up from other cars because they are parked to close
2) The lower level of the garage has a steep entrance. In the winter when it's icy, it is hard to get out of the lower level.
3) Coming out of the lower level garage, you can't see anything until you are basically out. If someone was turning in while you are exiting, you would not see each other until the last minute due to a concrete wall, which can cause accidents
4) One elevator has been broken for over a month. Poor response time.
5) Pool has been closed for maintenance for a month as well. Poor response time
6) The said the gym was being remodeled. This was about 2-3 months ago. The only thing that has changed is the door leading into the gym so who knows when it will be completed.

As far as the maintenace and service with problems in our apartment, such has broken toilet, sink leaking, etc... they have been very quick and responsive to fix these things.
Overall a good place to live. Better than most.
