Under new management -- very bad

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I've lived in Whitney Plaza for 3 years and it was an OK place to live -- no pests, usually quiet neighbors, great location. There were some negatives -- too expensive, not enough parking, bad elevator, poor security, unfriendly office staff -- but overall, a good place to live. However, the building was just sold to new management and I will not be renewing my lease with them. They've torn up the parking lot to build mysterious structures and have sent the tenants irate notices. This isn't looking good, but I'm not sticking around to find out how bad it's going to get.
