Terrible Management

The management couldn't have been worse.
In the two years I lived there, the ceiling in my bathroom leaked every time it rained. The water damage was disgusting. They refused to fix it until one month before I moved out and they needed to show the apartment.
The management is rude and will repeatedly lie to you. I was told the ceiling was fixed via letter. Funny how I could look up and still see that it hadn't even been touched. As a result of this I did have a month's rent refunded to me!
The roof was supposed to be fixed when I moved in, but never was.
The cost is ridiculous. Watertown is nowhere near a train. To get to Boston or Cambridge you have to catch a bus. Sundays you need a car, and parking is nearly impossible.
The dryers do not dry.
Neighbor's are great. Some apartments are more modern than others.
There is a a bug problem.
Police and firestations just a block or so away...can be very noisy.
