Fire Alarms!!!! Don't move here! We have had about 20 fire alarms per month go off any many in the middle of the night. There is no way to stay in your apartment because the building sirens are so loud and hurt your ears. The fire department doesn't come for about 20 minutes now that

Great place!! This is the only high quality residential place in watertown location. Its a bit pricey but I think its worth the money. Its always sparking clean and people here are super friendly. Sure the place has a bunch of rich college kids, but they are mostly asians and do not make a lot

Happy to have moved The noise level in my building was terrible, from loud music to a neighbors' toddler running up and down the hall at 1 am. Management was never helpful and was impossible to get in touch with. Also, the halls and lobby were dirty, and the elevator frequently

There are 2 type of people in this building: old people live in the lower floor and the rest belongs to college kids....very noisy. Specially the back parking lot in the weekends (late at night when the guests are living). Sometime people live the back door open at night, so anybody can get in

Ok Place Depending on which builging you are in effects the experience. Overall its an ok place to live. Great for newlyweds and couples. The are only LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION and the heat is included. - no pool anymore and not many improvements since the new managmenet has taken over.
