I've lived at Avalon @ Flanders since Fall '03 and I think I picked the best apt. community in the area. The property and all facilities are new, clean, uncluttered, and classy. Clubhouse includes a small gym, a large airy half court basketball court and a large, nice pool area. The high prices keep sketchy neighbors to a minimum. Cats are allowed. The staff are great and so is the commitment to upkeep & maintenance.
