We moved from Maryland to MA due to job relocation and ended up in a really poor community. We were only there 2 weeks and then moved out to Flanders Hill. It is true that you get what you pay for..and even though this place is pricey (typical for boston area) the service, ammenities, and apartment quality is worth it.

We definitly recommend Avalon at Flanders Hill.
