Being from MA to begin with, I was able to extensively search the area for upscale apartment complexes. We chose Avalon at Flanders Hill because it seemed to be head and shoulders above everything else in the area. 3 years later we know all the more that we were right. This is as good as Apt. living gets. All apartment entrances are indoor - 'hotel style'. The units are clean, modern and well equipped, with decks or patios. Ours has a 2nd floor loft and cathedral ceilings in the living room, which is awesome. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is as helpful as can be. The clubhouse features a half court indoor basketball court and one of the larger gyms I've seen in any apartment complex anywhere. The pool area is also the largest and best I've seen in an apt. complex - great landscaping. The place feels more like a RESORT than an apartment complex.

But the prices are CRAZY expensive. Alot of reviewers have used the phrase "you get what you pay for" in their reviews - and they're right on the money there.

I completely agree. My husband and I have the same set-up apartment and think it is completely worth the money. We have lived here since 200 and love it.
