Yes it's expensive, but it's safe and quiet. Yes the walls are paper thin, but they seem to be so in all "luxury apartments". Bottom line: the people who work here and the management of this place are serious about providing a quality place to live. The grounds are a thing of beauty. Landscaping and grounds maintenance seem to take place continuously. Everything is clean and well kept. Management is on top of that. The gym is open 24/7 and there are frequent security checks. In fact, as a late night gym rat, when I use my card for electronic entry to the gym, security is probably alerted, because a guy usually shows up walking his rounds 20 minutes later. Whoever has a problem with Andrea is nuts. Andrea is one of those friendly and personable young women who is super sharp and capable and can run cirles around the rest of us. There are lots of community events here for kids and teenagers (easter egg hunts, monday night basketball, etc.). The maintenance staff is top notch. Everything gets fixed quickly and easily. The staff is professional and friendly. This is the kind of place, where if you go away for vacation for a couple of weeks, you're ok with the staff picking up your mail and even entering your apartment to water plants. I have to move to be closer to my new job, I can only hope that I'm as happy in my next place.
