This place is a waste unless you know you will use A LOT of water, gas, and electricity. I like taking 15-20 minute hot showers in the morning to wake me up. I have about 15 computers running which would cost me $300 a month alone if I paid for electricity. I used to pay $500 a month for water, electricity, and gas at my old apartment, now its all free and included in rent. Yeah so I am a normal american who likes to waste...but it isn't my money paying the bills.

Okay other than the above, this place is a dump. They don't fix anything. You have to call like 20 times to get stuff fixed. If the problem only effects you you'll be lucky if 20 times gets something fixed. If a problem effects the building, they'll normally be a bit faster. The elevators suck, they get stuck all the time.

I had a leak in my bathroom....they told me to put a bucket under it. I told them to fix it or supply the bucket and empty it or it can just leak down to the room below. They put something there to catch the water, and then just let it leak below.

Windows don't keep any sound or cold out. Kitchens are tiny. The carpeting they use sucks, it has no padding.

They allow pets, but you have to pay $25/pet.
