I have been living at these apartments for about 2 years. This palce has it's goods and bads.

Pros:
* Rent is reasonable.
* Apartments are roomy compared to other developments around the area.
* Apartments are with utilities.
* Good landscaping around the area.
* Maintainance staff ain't that bad.

Cons:
* Not an upscale area.
* The Fire alarms go off pretty often.
* The emergency fire pipe fittings can be seen all over the room which makes it pretty ugly.
* Parking space is in abundance but no reserved spots for residents, causing a huge problem in winter season.
* Apartments have water leakage problems, as they require repair, even though the staff is helpful still it's a hastel to call them every now and then for maintainance.
* The lobbys stink sometimes and the party halls cause problems with gym room as the guests have the gym open and occupied.
* bathrooms are old fashioned and could use a redesign.

Well everyone gives there feedbacks on the basis of their experiences. But I believe that if you can balance between these pros and cons, it will help you get a pretty good idea on what you can expect...

All in all a good place for people who need more room and want to spend comparatively less....
