Place is not so bad, not so good. Even though utilities are included, you have very little thermostat control. In winter time heat is more than adequate, actually too much heat, even if you turn heat off, requiring window to be open (not too bad).
Air conditioning is not on, and in upper levels of apartments, very warm in spring.
Administration has handed out lease renewal 3 months in advance prior to lease closing, do not intend on renewing lease. Too expensive for what I get. Elevators have expired safety permits.
