This place is nothing but disgusting trash and horrifying, the building got that nasty and stinky smell, management are very rude, areless & are very bad-mannered, maintenance man have very bad attitude, you have to give him a tip to get your things fixed, other wise you have to call the office at least five times to get your things fixed, mice and cockroaches lives with you 24 hours a day, however they dont share or pay part of your rent, this place is not clean what so ever, I would not recommend it to anyone unless if you are in a very tight budget and willing to deal with the big headache, once they have you sign the lease, they think that you are a slave, and they treat you as such, all tenants whom I spoke with from this community are not happy at all and not renewing their lease as they share the above mentioned experiences. Only recommend it to your enemy, or to someone you really really hate and want them to have an awful experience, the big advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
