Great place to live. Avoid building #295.

This is a great place to live. Big floorplans, pretty quiet, big balconies etc... Administration and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I've changed 3 appartments here (from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom) and want to say: avoid building #295.
Building #295 is the oldest one and it has a heating device right in the bedrooms. And you cannot turn it off until the end of May. This is also the loudest building. It looks like the administration specially lodge most loud families in this building :-)
