The lady in charge (Linda) forgot about our appointment when we were there to see the studio. The hallways were narrow, dark, smelly, and nasty. It looked like the building was 100 years old and never been renovated... but the rental office actually told me it was only 30 years old and improving'!... That was the most confusing moment of my life.

So we put in an application and put down the deposit of $950 and was told that we could get it back if we changed our mind within, say, 10 days or so... which was reasonable. We changed our mind after 1 day... submitted application on Monday afternoon and called on Wednesday morning to cancel... we were told the $950 is THEIRS and we cnanot get it back!!!! We got ROBBED... $950 for application fee'.... I feel like suing this place.

Nasty rooms with a smell. Dirty stoves and the gas range was barely working - small fire. The kitchen was TINY... barely have room for a big skillet, not to mention the fridge was small and nasty. Thumbs down for this place.

By the way, to access the fitness room, it actually costs $25... the rent doesnt cover the 1-time fee to get the key to the gym... how ridiculous is that'
