We are moving in 6 wks can't wait to get out! Although the apartments are spacious you have metal closet doors that are impossible to keep in the tracks. After a few month we had to have our apartment sprayed for roches. There is mold growing in the bathroom under the poorly plastic fitted tub. The hallways alway smell of someone's food or god only know what. To wash and dry a load here you pay $4.00 go to the laundry mat you'll save at least $20 a month. Stay away from 295 it is one of the worse ones in the complex. The water pressure here is horrible and the water doesn't get hot enough in the diswasher for all the dishes to get clean expect some to go through a few washes or better yet just handwash them. They also always find someway to get in your apartment, had to take several days off so I didn't have people runnung through my apartment unattended! A/C is shut off on 9/15 and not turned on till 6/15 and believe me some people here put the heat on in 80 degree weather and the higher you are the hotter the apartment. I could go on but I feel this is enough
