How can you say it's average' Has 4 top of the line treadmills and Elliptical trainers with 15" TV monitors on the treadmills. On top of that, there's 11 individual lifefitness stack machines. Across the hall is a dressing room with lockers and his and hers bathrooms. Far from average for an apartment complex, oh and the best part...cost a one time fee of $25.00 to join.
