high priced- and not worth the price

We rented here ( and are still here) while we are building a house. The rent for a 3 bedroom apartment is almost 2600 a month. For this we have experienced numerous water leaks, appliance breakdowns and two water heater disasters. Service is always friendly and swift, however this does not make up for the huge inconvience and personal work involved in cleaning up these messes. The carpet is of a low grade, the appliances are of poor quality, the heat is either on ( 100 degrees) or off ( freezing) and the same goes for the air conditioner. The workmanship of the building is poor, and the components (sink, shower, dishwasher, oven etc) are of the lowest grade. There are not many choices in the area for renting alternatives- however- this is definately NOT worth the price!
