We are still living here, but wish we weren't. From the minute we moved in it has been one hassle after another. We needed repairs done on the apartment and it took over a month to get them done. When we would call and ask when someone was coming to fix things we NEVER got a call back! They would always tell us someone would be coming the next day and NO ONE would show up.But the major problem is They never tell you when the Management office is closed. No sign on the door NOTHING! When asked why a sign isn't posted the answer from the managment was "That's none of your business"
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE managment! Rude and smug!
We've been here 5 months and still don't have repairs done. The others are right about cheap cheap carpet and appliances.
Trust us it's not worth the money

I truly don't know what the person who wrote this has dealt with, but we certainly love it here. Management has been great! No maintenance problems at all; in fact, most issues solves within a few hours. I would recomeend Avalon West to anyone and would be happy to provide a personal referral if requested! Theleasing agents are extremely helpful, curteous and attentive! Maybe the prevous poster has other issues?

I agree with the person that wrote back. I think it is a really fun place to live. There were alot of fun parties, the people were really nice and I loved it there. When it is raining, if you are a kid, the bus stop is under cover so you don't have to be stuck in the rain while you are waiting. There is a basketball court, a playground, actually 2 playgrounds. It was a great place to live. Justin
