i was not too sure of my choice at first but now were under new managment (northland investment) and things are getting much better. maintenance however a little slower to come always makes sure things are dont right the first time. The office staff is very forthcoming and friendly. I must say I think ill be very happy here now.

How much are you paying for renter's insurance, water, heat, electricity? How are the residents? Quiet? Loud? Obnoxious? Middle class? Poor? Racially diverse? couples with kids? without kids? lots of teenagers running aorund causing trouble? or kids running around, but well-behaved?

I have lived here 2 1/2 years, I find it to be pretty expensive but what I find the worst is the noise. I live on the second floor and have had 3 or 4 families live above me since I have been here and all I hear is bang, bang, bang and thump, thump, thump. I have complained but feel that nothing ever happened. I can honestly say that I will be leaving here soon.

I am looking for some updated info about this place. Any input about: safety of the area, noise level of the apt's, do the alarm systems work/any extra fee for the alarm, car safety, And: which building is the quietest safest out of (100, 600, 700, and 800)? This would really help me out as my husband and I live out of state and have to relocate due to his work. Thanks! :)

i have live in 2 seperate units the loft was pricey in the winter months and now the first floor one bedroom is great for utilitys. the only concern i have now is the maintenance, just over a year ago the maintenance man bill left and now the maintenance is a bit slow and the technichians seem a bit overwhelmed. does any one know where bil went to?
