Maintainance sloppy, staff unfriendly & rent high! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/15/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Windsor Ridge needs alot of major work to be completed before I would recommend it to anyone. Management has just begun updating the units by putting in new windows, doors, flooring & carpet, electrical appliances etc. However, it's a shame that they keep increasing the rent, even in the units that still have maintanance issues arising from over 6 months ago. For example leaky windows, rotting flooring, no cold water in the up stairs bathroom. Could you live like that' It's a shame that the inside of the apartments are so different to the external presentation of the grounds. Don't forget that the pool and tennis courts are extra every year ... that's right, they are not included in your rent.
