Expensive and it sucks ! can't believe people care only for the outside apearence!

It was very umpleasant my stay at this app.
Very expensive rent, I was paying 1650.00 for a two bedroom with lots of problems. leaky windows, leak cealing (they keep patching it, but never solve the root of the problem.) I was really pissed to have to pay extra for about only 4 months of total pool time(the number of months they keep the pool open during the year) although my kids would have enjoyed the pool, I simply did not want to pay extra for that. (It is crazy if you think about). I rented there because it was convinient, close to my work place.)
but carefull, they will show you one unit and rent you another one after you sign. Make sure you know exactly the unit you are getting. These people want your money badly, that they don't care if you are happy, as long as they are. - Solution, I could not stand the place, then I bought a very nice house, paying less then rental, in Ware MA.
The downside was the commute, but I tell you it is worth it !
