I have lived at Windsor Ridge for about two years. I have a new neighbor who just moved in and told me about this web site so I decided to take a look and was shocked at what I read. I pay my rent on time and have never had a problem with management or maintenance at Windsor Ridge. I have had minor issues in my apartment which the maintenance guys have addressed rather quickly. The office staff has always been really helpful and I do feel like I am getting a great deal for the apartment I have. Some of the things posted on this site are untrue. Anyone who lives in the Metrowest Area should do their research for their own safety. The police report that is posted on this web site is not exactly correct, I know because I called the Westborough police regarding the issue. There were not 2 assaults at Windsor Ridge. There were four assaults scattered across the entire Metrowest area-in Framingham, Westborough and Hopkinton. If anything positive has come out of that, the security here inside the apartments is a lot better. I feel safer here now than I ever have.
The money that I pay to live here is well worth it. Especially now that they are building a new fitness center here. I looked at many places before moving here and did not find any other townhouses with all of these amenities in the town of Westborough for a price even close to what I am paying. Right now I can't afford to but a house in this area but for me Windsor Ridge is the next best option for me and my family.
