This is a wonderful place to live. I have been here almost 2 yrs and plan to continue until I have a house. The management is great, friendly and very professional- They actually do care & show it. I have found the maintence personnel to be very helpful, courteous and professional. I'm surprise anyone would have a bad thing to say. There was only one misfortune of a rape at Windsor Ridge not 4. The mgmt took immediate steps with security inside the residences. There was also added police presence- some complexes would not have done half that. My neighbors are so friendly- why would I want to live somewhere else' The kids out there seem to have a lot of fun. It's pet friendly. Most places are not.
They are in the process of building a new office with a gym and rooms to host parties, etc. They have created playing fields and expanded tennis courts. The amenties are great! I have a renovated townhouse & still walk around in amazement sometimes that I am living somewhere that I love and have all this. My last apartment had a bedroom the size of a postage stamp- I now have two bedrooms that are huge- lots of closet space & NO WHITE WALLS. You could not find all this for less than what I am currently paying not possible in MetroWest.
Westboro is a quiet town. Its a great place to live & still be close to everything. The complex is the same way. I never hear my neighbor, people are respectful of each other. I have not had any complaints. People are happy here- they have their animals and their children in a good safe living environment. I will not be leaving any time soon.
