I have been living in a renovated deluxe apartment for about 6 months. I have no complaints and do not understand how people can complain about the maintenance personnel.
They have gone above and beyond their responsibility and have responded quickly anytime we have had any kind of problems. It seems as though most people only write reviews to criticize... and if people do not have any problems or are happy, they do not make the effort to write a positive review.

I feel safe in the area and the neighbors are nice. You will be hard pressed to find a better value than this place.
