Good location,fairly peaceful surroundings ,rest everything is bad

Surroundings peaceful
Service poor
Construction old
Laundary Machines suck.
Management has the habit of forgetting your requests
Management changes frequently,the new one often not upholding the promiese made by the old one
Have to pay for pool and tennis .No gym.
Rent are hight compared to the service.
