I have lived at Windsor Ridge for just under two years. My suggestion is to pass this place by no matter how the campus looks. I say this because the campus look is the only thing this complex has. I am now afraid to send my child out to play because I do not trust the people that are currently moving into Windsor Ridge. There are many utility truck drivers, kids on motorcycles, and people who do not know that a speed bump is used to slow cars down. The management is great unless you request that they rid your apartment of ants and rodents, fix your phone lines, repair the laundry facility, fix your leaking bathtub, put your metal closet door on so it will not randomly fall off and crack you childs head open. There fix is to remove the door put it in the attic. If you complain you will be greeted by a rude staff that continuously changes and seems to get ruder with each passing change. If you would like to use the swimming pool or tennis court please be prepared to pay an extra fortune on top of the high monthly rent and don't forget that they will jack your rent up $200 per month after the first years lease is over. You will probably pay it as it is painful to continuously move.
