Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The man next door snored every night. The kids on the other side partied every other night. Security is nil. No gym. Laundry is questionable for health reasons. Pool is extra. Location is very good. Infrastructure is very old. Snow removal is very good. Price is completely unrealistic for what you are getting
